Are you a CrossFit gym?

RadiantFIT uses functional, strength-based training principles, but we are not defined by a single methodology or brand. Our programming is intentional, structured, and coach-led, focused on strength, conditioning, mobility, and longevity. We train for real life — not just today’s workout.

What kind of gym are you?

RadiantFIT is a coach-led functional training gym built around complete training and complete health.

Do I need to be fit before joining RadiantFIT?

Not at all. RadiantFIT is designed for all fitness levels — from beginners to experienced athletes. Every workout is coached and scalable, so you’ll meet the workout where you are and build from there.

What does a typical class look like?

Every class is coach-led from start to finish and follows a clear structure:

Brief & intention for the day

Guided warm-up

Movement coaching & scaling options

Strength and/or conditioning

Cooldown or recovery work

You’ll never be guessing what to do or wondering if you’re doing it right.

How often should I come each week?

Most members see great results with 3–5 classes per week, but consistency matters more than perfection. Your coaches can help you determine what’s best for your schedule and goals.

What if I have injuries or limitations?

Our coaches are trained to modify movements and loads. We prioritize longevity, safety, and quality movement, and we’ll always help you find the right option for your body.

Is RadiantFIT family-friendly?

Yes. We believe in building healthy families and modeling strength for the next generation. Many of our members are parents, and we regularly host family-friendly and kids events.

How do I get started?
